Rodrigo Barbosa

EXPERIENCE

For more than 20 years, Barbosa has been working in the labor area (advisory and litigation), including individual, collective, and procedural labor law, in addition to extensive experience in the business segment, conducting strategic demands and labor compliance. Strong performance in Courts and oral arguments. He is also responsible for the qualification and training of teams on issues and topics related to labor law. He was manager of labor and union relations at the Bandeirante University of São Paulo (Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo – UNIBAN) and Ability Trade Marketing. He was director of human resources at Uniesp S/A and Universidade Brasil. He served as a professor of labor law and co-author of legal works.

ACADEMIC EDUCATION

Postgraduate in Law and Labor Procedure from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University (Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie).

Bachelor’s degree in law from the Bandeirante University of São Paulo (Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo – UNIBAN).

Co-author of the ebook New Labor Reform – Practical Aspects of MP 905/2019 (Nova Reforma Trabalhista – Aspectos Práticos da MP 905/2019).

He was a professor of Labor Law, Manager of Labor and Union Relations, and Director of Human Resources.
