EXPERIENCE

Prado works in the Contractual, Corporate, and Tax areas, supporting national and international clients. He provides support for structuring investments in Brazil and abroad, filling out declarations of the Brazilian Capital Abroad (BACEN) and the Annual Adjustment (RFB), as well as of the Communication of Definitive Country Exit (RFB), in addition to monitoring and mediating with the INPI of Trademarks and Patents.

ACADEMIC EDUCATION

Postgraduate in Business Law from Getulio Vargas Foundation (Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV).

Bachelor’s degree in law from São Judas Tadeu University (Universidade São Judas Tadeu – USJT).
